كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ EACH ONE OF YOU IS A SHEPERD AND RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FLOCK

In Tanga, Tanzania, he formed the first Madressa, Muhammadi Cultural Group. He taught various students Shia islamic beliefs, Fiqh and led the hijab movement. Alhamdollilah, his students are now serving Imam Hussain AS in various countries across Tanzania, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

Alhaj Haider Bhai moved to Dubai in 1973. With Br. Alidina and Br. Aziz Jawad (Raza Aziz) he served as the Vice Chair of Dubai Jamaat (Satwa Imambargah). He was a principal of the Madressa and led various religious and prosperity initiatives with Br. Gulam Virjee, Maulana Kalbe Sadiq across India.  He also created the curriculum for the Madressa and moved it from the school to the Imambargah.

AlHaj Haider Bhai served as a long standing vakil of three major Ulema in Najaf and Qom including Ayatullah Abul Qasim Al Khoei, Ayatullah Gulpaygani and Ayatullah Araki. He has a long standing history of work with Hujjatul Islam Syed Murtaza Kashmiri from the office of Ayatullah Sistani in London.

Alhaj Haider Bhai started the Fiqh Masael Program in Gujrati every Friday morning for 28 years. The program included Fiqh, Tafseer of Quran and History of Imams. He also spent years of research and conducted lectures on the history of Karbala and the various stops of Imam Zainul Aabedeen (AS) and Bibi Zainab (AS) from Karbala to Syria (Shaam). We will soon be publishing the content which is currently hand written by him in Gujrati into other languages InshaAllah. 

He started Masael of Haj in Dubai, with the first pilgrimage taken by Br. Mohamed Jaffer Pyarali. He continued his yearly Haj masael program for all the Hujjaj throughout the 28 years in Dubai.

Alhaj Haider Bhai also wrote 5 books on Usool-e-deen in English that were printed and distrubuted by Br. Rafiq Pirmohamed. May Allah Bless him for putting the efforts to fruition. The books are available in electronic format and a new publishing effort is being made soon.

AlHaj Haider Bhai also wrote a Gujrati book on Marraige (Var ne Bhet). It was an ideal way of married and intimate life of a husband and wife.

Alhaj Haider Bhai's wife Sr. Fatema Bai Rashid laid the foundation of starting Mehfile Masoomin in Dubai, that conducted Majalises throughout the year for ladies across various Wiladat's and Shahadats of our Holy Imams.
